09/11/2006: Data has been released to the Science Team.

Level 1B data has been released to the Science Team only. Release of level 1B data to the general public is expected to occur in late Fall of 2006. For more inquiries on the release of data, please fill out the "Contact the DPC" form.

06/02/2006: Product checkout is now under way.

The radar began transmitting on June 2^nd.

There will be an approximately 45-60 day checkout period of the ground data processing system and algorithms. After that time, data will be released to the CloudSat Science Team, and within 60 days of that release will be released to the general science community.
